BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SCENE: The staff of Torchwood needs to locate a person apparently seen in a vision by operative Gwen Cooper, a boy (now probably an adult) named Thomas Erasmus Flanagan. As they return to headquarters, Jack tells Tosh to run a search across several databases for the name; Owen interrupts to say that he's found his name, address, and phone number in the phone book.
